Cancellation Policy

For all ready-made and standard sized products:

Orders can be cancelled for a full refund at any time before the order is shipped. Once shipped, you will be advised of a tracking number.

For all made-to-order and custom made products: 

Orders cancelled within 24 hours of payment confirmation are eligible for a full refund.

Orders cancelled after production begins are eligible for a 50% refund. 

Your order is not cancelable or refundable once it has been shipped out.
