How do I measure my windows for the perfect curtain fit?

It’s easier than you think!
Decide where you want your curtain rod to sit above or just over the window frame.
Measure the width of your window and decide how full you want your curtains to look.
Measure the length from the rod to your desired curtain drop point.

How do I place an order?

You can place your order directly through our website in just a few easy steps.

What if I ordered the wrong size or color?

No worries — we’re here to help!

If you realize your order isn’t correct, please contact us immediately at support@notthillshome.com before your order goes into production or shipping.

Since our curtains are custom-made, we can only modify or cancel orders before processing begins.

If your order has already shipped, we unfortunately can’t make changes — but we’re happy to offer 20% off your next order placed within 30 days.

I’m unable to place an order or make a payment — what should I do?

If you’re having trouble checking out, simply email us your curtain details (style, color, size, lining, header type, and quantity) at support@notthillshome.com.

We’ll create a custom invoice for you to complete the purchase securely.

If it’s a payment issue, try using another card or payment method — and if the problem persists, we’ll guide you personally.

How can I change my order after placing it?

If you need to update your order (size, lining, header style, etc.), please contact us as soon as possible at support@notthillshome.com.

We can adjust details only before your order enters production or shipping.

Once shipped, changes can’t be made — we appreciate your understanding.

When will my order ship?

Each custom curtain is made to order and typically ships within 7–14 business days.
(Production time: 7–10 days | Delivery time: 3–5 days)
You’ll receive an email with a tracking number once your order ships.

How much does shipping cost?

We offer Free Shipping on all curtain orders over $99 across most regions

How long does delivery take?

Most orders arrive within 10–15 business days in total.
During peak seasons or holidays, please allow a few extra days for delivery.

Which courier do you use?

We partner with trusted carriers such as DHL, FedEx, UPS, and USPS for fast and reliable delivery.

What if my package is damaged or lost?

Take clear photos of the damaged package or product.

Report the issue to the carrier.
Contact us at support@notthillshome.com, and we’ll assist you right away — including helping with replacement if confirmed lost or damaged.

How can I find blackout curtains?

Our blackout range blocks 95–100% of light, depending on the fabric and lining option. You can also upgrade any curtain style with blackout lining for total darkness.

What’s the difference between lined and unlined curtains?

Lined curtains offer extra protection from sunlight, reduce fading, and help regulate room temperature.

While unlined curtains provide a lighter, airier look — lined curtains add durability, insulation, and elegance. We always recommend choosing the lining that best fits your space and needs.

How do I care for my curtains?
  • Gently machine or hand wash in cold water.
  • Hang dry or tumble dry on low.
  • Do not bleach.
  • Lightly steam or iron while slightly damp for a crisp finish.

Tip: Larger or heavier fabrics may retain water, so use an appropriate washing machine size.

Do you offer fabric samples?

Yes! You can order fabric samples directly from our website.
Samples usually ship within 1–2 business days and arrive within 3–5 days.

Please note that screen colors may vary slightly — ordering a sample helps ensure you get the perfect shade before purchasing.

If I order a quantity of 1, how many panels will I receive?

Each order quantity equals one panel.
If you need a pair (for both sides of the window), please order 2 panels.
